A privacy policy has to describe what a site actually does. Until the production forms, analytics, mailing list and booking systems are confirmed, anything published here would be inaccurate. This page is a deliberate placeholder and must be replaced before launch. It is not legal advice.
To finalise, we need
- What the enquiry form collects, where it is sent, and how long it is kept.
- Analytics: which provider, whether it sets cookies, and how to opt out.
- Mailing list: signup, consent wording and unsubscribe.
- Any booking, payment or cancellation systems used.
- Named contact for privacy requests, and how to make one.
- Compliance basis under the Privacy Act 2020 and the twelve information privacy principles.
