Terms of service have to describe what is actually being agreed to. Until booking, payment, cancellation and liability arrangements are confirmed, anything published here would be inaccurate, and potentially binding. This page is a deliberate placeholder and must be replaced with copy the client has had reviewed before launch. It is not legal advice.
To finalise, we need
- Booking process: how a place is reserved, confirmed and paid for.
- Deposit, balance and refund terms, including cancellation windows.
- What happens if Waypoints cancels or reschedules a pilgrimage.
- Travel insurance expectations and participant responsibilities.
- Health, mobility and dietary disclosure requirements.
- Liability, and the limits of it, under New Zealand consumer law.
